Delivery and Returns
We take care of everything so you don't have to!
We will arrange delivery for you within two business days of your purchase. We can accommodate delivery directly to your home, whether to Auckland or nationally. We have the delivery partners that can accommodate the safe delivery of your purchase. We ship New Zealand-wide and have a number of reliable delivery partners depending upon the final destination. Also, we have measures in place to ensure your product arrives at your doorstep on-time and free of any damage.
Our team of delivery partners have flexible schedules and offer very competitive rates. For example, for Auckland metropolitan delivery the approximate rates are:
- Two men and a four-ton truck are $110 per hour
- One man and a utility are $75 per hour
- All delivery and toll charges are passed on at our cost and you pay the removalists directly upon receipt of your goods
If you are selling an item with us, we will arrange for a professional removalist to deliver your furniture to our showroom. We polish and touch-up your furniture to make it as desirable as possible. Major repairs or professional cleaning do result in additional fees however and we will discuss these situations with you where it is required. We have a professional stylist to arrange and photograph the pieces in our showroom setting.
Consignment Furniture uses a number of very reputable partners to provide these pick-up and delivery services.
Each second-hand item (or set/pair of items) is unique and owned by the vendor, therefore we are not able to accept returns on any of these items purchased from us, so please make your selection carefully. Please, be aware that all sales are final for all of the second-hand items whether purchased online or in our showroom. New items may be returned in exchange for goods or credit within 14 days of purchase. The new item must be in the same condition as when purchased and with any packaging intact and with your proof of purchase. If you wish to return an item that was purchased online or in-store, please contact us to discuss return arrangements.
If an item is damaged in shipment, we can assist you and dealing with the shipper to come to a resolution.
